Download our manual Order Form, complete the order form details then fax to 03-2026 2823 or email to order@pureseed.com.my.
Once we receive your order form, we will call or email you to confirm again the order details. If you didn’t receive our call or email 1 hour after you fax or email the order form, please call us 03-2026 2328 or email info@pureseed.com.my .
- What is our Delivery Policy?
- Regional Order Due to some logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states at this moment.
- Delivery Area
- Our delivery area available almost all the area within Klang Valley (Please note some of the areas will required additional delivery charges) including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Shah Alam, etc.
- For delivery out of Klang Valley, due to some logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states at this moment.
- Delivery Time
- - For orders received before 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within same day.
- - For orders received after 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day for our operation, the deliveries will be made on the next day.
- (Please call us at +(60)3 2026 2328 or 2823 we are more than happy to assist you if you need same day delivery afer 2pm)
- - As our operation hour for Saturday is 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM and Sunday is closed, hence for orders received after 1:00 PM on Saturday as well as received on Sunday, delivery will be made on the upcoming Monday.
- - If your delivery date is fall on Malaysia Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next day.
- - Please contact us at info@pureseed.com.my or +(603) 2026 2328 if you like to made special arrangement over the weekend or during Public holiday.
- Delivery During Peak Season
- During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmans, Chinese New Year, kindly place your order Three(3) days in advance.
- Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accomadate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .
- Delivery Practice
- All orders are to be delivered to the Recipient's address given by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. However, PURE SEED delivery team will try their best to handed over the flowers/gifts to the names Recipient directly at the time of delivery.
- Subsitute Policy
- PURE SEED reserved the right to make subsitution on the flowers, green, basket, vase, wrapping paper, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements to the same or better quality shall the original materials are out of stock or not available from our suppliers.

- We will always keep our product price low & affordable to our customer, but during festive season especially Valentine's Day, where due to the shortage of fresh flower supply especially Roses, our cost will higher than normal day, hence some of our product price will be revised.
- But this shall transparent to you whereby what you see on the price shown is what you need to pay.
- How secure your On-Line Payment System?
- Our Online Payment System is done via Malaysia well-known Payment Gateway from ipay88 (http://www.ipay88.com). iPay88 Gateway is PCI Data Security Compliant payment gateway solution to ensure a very high level of of security measure including data encryption is used to ensure your credit card information is being treated savely and secured. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used.
- How do I know if my order placed from your website had been acknowledge?

For order that pay via our Online Payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email from iPay88 to ensure that your payment is being successfully accepted and processed.
If you choose to pay by either Direct Bank In or Post Cheque, we will contact you to confirm your order once your payment had been accepted and processed by our banker.
- What is your refund policy?

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order.
However, the refund will be given at the discretion of Pure Seed Florist & Gift.
We'll have a transaction charge of 5% of the purchase price for any given refund by PURE SEED Florist & Gift. Hence, the refunds amount will be purchasing price less 5%.
